Introduction of the Usage Agreement:
Welcome to O2 Store! Below you will find the terms and conditions governing your use of this store and the legal effects that arise from using our services through this electronic platform. By using the store, whether as a consumer of our sanitary pads or other products, you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. This agreement applies to all types of transactions between you (the consumer) and O2 Store. It is valid and effective upon your approval and when you register with the store, as per Article 10 of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article One - Introduction and Definitions:

(Store): This term refers to O2 Store and includes all forms of O2 Store on the web, whether it is our electronic application, website, or online store.
(Consumer): A person who engages in e-commerce to purchase the products (sanitary pads and related items) provided by O2 Store through our electronic platform.
(Agreement): This refers to the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties involved.
Article Two - Legal Capacity of the Consumer:
The consumer acknowledges that they have the legal capacity to deal with O2 Store and are at least eighteen years old.
The consumer agrees that if they violate this article, they are responsible for the consequences in front of third parties.
Article Three - The Nature of the Obligation:
O2 Store is obligated to provide sanitary pads and related products or services to the consumer.
O2 Store may offer additional services such as after-sales support or related services depending on the nature and type of products requested by the consumer.
Article Four - Terms of Use:
The consumer must use the electronic platform of O2 Store in accordance with the public morals and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
When purchasing sanitary pads or other products from O2 Store, the consumer agrees not to use them in violation of public morals or regulations in Saudi Arabia.
Article Five - Accounts and Registration:
Once you apply to join O2 Store as a user, you are required to provide specific information and choose a secret username and password for accessing the store’s services. By doing so, you agree to:
Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password, and immediately notify the store of any unauthorized use or breach of your account information.
O2 Store will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorized disclosure of your account or password information.
You are solely responsible for using your account or membership with O2 Store, and if others use it, it is assumed that you have authorized them to use the store on your behalf.
You agree to use O2 Store with seriousness and credibility.
You must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration and update it as necessary.
O2 Store is committed to treating your personal information and contact details confidentially.
If O2 Store finds that you’ve provided false, incorrect, outdated, incomplete, or illegal information, it reserves the right to suspend or cancel your membership.
Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:
Communication between the parties will take place via the registered email on the platform.
The consumer agrees that all agreements, advertisements, and communications provided electronically are considered legally binding and satisfy statutory requirements.
The consumer consents to being informed of provisions related to this agreement or any dealings with O2 Store via public messages.
Article Seven - Amendments to the Usage Agreement and Fees:
If any article or clause of this agreement is canceled or no longer valid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of the agreement.
This agreement, which may be amended periodically, constitutes the understanding and agreement between the consumer and O2 Store.
All fees are calculated in Saudi riyals, and the consumer is responsible for paying any applicable fees.
Article Eight - Payment and Payment Services:
Payment for products at O2 Store can be made entirely online through the available payment options or any other method provided by the store.
O2 Store will determine the price of products in accordance with the market value.
The store will issue invoices and receipts for all amounts paid for products, including sanitary pads.
O2 Store will adhere to accepted accounting standards and provide the necessary documentation.
Article Nine - Intellectual Property:
The intellectual property rights of O2 Store are fully owned by the store, including its logo, designs, and other symbols displayed on the platform.
The consumer agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of O2 Store.
Article Ten - Store Liability:
O2 Store is committed to conducting its business in a regular and legal manner in compliance with Saudi laws and regulations.
The store is not liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether caused directly, indirectly, or by third parties like shipping companies.
O2 Store ensures that the products offered, including sanitary pads, are legitimate and authorized according to Saudi laws.
Article Eleven - Restriction of Access or Membership:
O2 Store reserves the right to suspend or cancel a consumer’s membership or restrict access to the platform at any time, for any reason, and without warning.
Article Twelve - Applicable Law or Regulation:
This usage agreement is governed by the laws, regulations, and legislations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Thirteen - General Provisions:
In case of cancellation of any clause in this agreement, the remaining terms will remain valid.
O2 Store may modify promotions or marketing offers at any time.
Both parties agree to abide by the applicable Sharia rules and the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
